At Behtar.Store, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged products (unless received in that condition).
- Personal care or hygiene products (where applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Behtar.Store within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error by Behtar.Store (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
